Limited edition prints are produced in a fixed quantity. Each print is signed and numbered by Achraf and comes with a Certificate of Authenticity. Once an edition sells out it will not be reprinted.

Prints are produced on archival, museum-grade paper using professional pigment inks to ensure colour accuracy and long-term stability.

Yes — you can choose 'unframed' at checkout. Framing is available as an optional upgrade for selected works and is carried out using museum-quality materials.

Avoid direct sunlight and high humidity. Dust framed works gently with a soft, dry cloth; never use household cleaners on the print surface. If unframed, store prints flat in a dry, dark place.

Most purchases include the print (signed/numbered when applicable), a Certificate of Authenticity, and secure packaging for shipment. Framing and mounting are added only when selected.

Yes — Achraf ships worldwide using tracked and insured couriers. Import duties or VAT are the responsibility of the recipient unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Typical processing for prints in stock is 3–7 business days. International delivery depends on the destination (usually 5–15 business days). Custom or framed orders may take longer — estimated lead times are shown on the product page.

Yes — you will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your package is dispatched.

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours and include photos of the packaging and the damage. We will arrange a replacement or a refund after verifying the issue.

Returns are accepted within 14 days for unframed prints in original condition. Custom commissions and opened framed works are non-returnable. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or damaged in transit.

Some works are unique originals while others are limited edition prints. The product page clearly indicates whether a piece is an original or a limited edition print.

Yes — selected prints can be ordered framed. Framing is done to museum standards and may increase production time; see the product page for available frame options.

We accept major debit and credit cards via Stripe, and other payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely and you will receive confirmation by email.

Yes — payments are handled by secure third-party processors (Stripe). Card details are never stored on our servers.

The Certificate of Authenticity includes the artwork title, edition number (if applicable) and a signature from the artist — it confirms the work's provenance.

Installment options may be available via third-party checkout providers (shown at checkout). Availability depends on your country and the payment provider.

Occasionally — Artist Proofs are sometimes retained or offered separately. If APs are available this will be indicated on the product page or you can contact us to enquire.

+2AP indicates there are two Artist Proofs in addition to the numbered edition; APs are usually reserved for the artist or sold separately.

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on destination, item size and chosen courier. You can see shipping options and prices before you pay.

VAT and import taxes depend on your country. Where applicable they will be shown at checkout or calculated by customs on delivery.

You may cancel while your order is still in processing. Please contact support immediately; once an order has shipped cancellation may not be possible.
